Crawl Safe Ltd (company number 12869020), 145 Ancona Road, London SE18 1AA, is the controller of personal data collected through crawlsafe.net. You can contact us about your data through our contact page or at hello@crawlsafe.net.
2. What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect your email address and, where you give them, your name, what your message is about and anything you write in the message. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you, when you send us a message. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To send launch news, CrawlSafe updates or reorder reminders, only if you've asked for them. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your details or share them with other businesses for their marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run this site:
- Formspree, which processes our website forms. Formspree is based in the United States, so your form data is transferred outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
- Namecheap, which hosts this website and our email.
5. Purchases through Amazon
When you buy CrawlSafe, you buy through Amazon. Amazon's own privacy notice covers the details you give Amazon. As a seller, we only receive the order information Amazon shares with sellers, and we use it only to handle orders, product queries and safety matters.
6. How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. We keep mailing-list details until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
We'll update this notice if how we use data changes, and change the date at the top of the page when we do.
