Two products, deliberately. The Starter Kit (£20.99, planned) contains the reusable 400ml bottle plus one sealed 12-tablet pack. The 12-Tablet Pack (£16.99, planned) is the refill you reorder.
The bottle’s vertical viewing window lets you watch the tablet dissolve and check the liquid level at a glance, so you can see when the cleaner is ready to use. Confirmed dissolution timings across water temperatures will be published once supplier testing is complete.

Fragrance-free is our intended direction, as many families prefer to avoid strong scents around babies and pets. Final wording will match whatever the tested formulation actually is.
No, and we won't claim it is. CrawlSafe is being developed as a multi-surface cleaner, not a disinfectant. If a surface needs disinfecting, such as during illness, use an appropriate disinfectant and follow its label instructions. Use CrawlSafe for everyday cleaning once the surface is ready.
Safety for this use case is the reason CrawlSafe exists, so it sits at the heart of our testing and compliance process, never as an afterthought. We won't put a "baby safe" claim on the product until it's passed the relevant testing and labelling review. As with any cleaning product, we'll recommend letting surfaces dry fully before a baby has contact with them.
The trigger has a clearly marked OFF-lock position, and the bottle is being validated for leaks upright, sideways, and after transport. As with any cleaning product, it should still be stored out of reach of children.
