Two products, deliberately. The Starter Kit (£15.99) is a clear reusable 500ml bottle with trigger, plus a box of 12 sealed tablets. The 12-Tablet Refill (£12.99) is the box of tablets you reorder. Each box makes 12 bottles of cleaner, or 6 litres in total.
Most multi-surface sprays are mostly water, shipped in a new plastic bottle every time you reorder. CrawlSafe splits the two: you keep one bottle, and reorder a flat box of tablets that you mix with tap water at home.
Drop one tablet into the empty bottle, fill with 500ml of tap water, fit the trigger and shake gently until the tablet has dissolved. The bottle is fully clear, so you can see when it's ready. The expected dissolving time is printed on the box.We'll publish confirmed dissolving times once supplier testing is complete.
It depends how often you clean. Each box makes 12 full bottles. Many families will find one bottle lasts a week or more, but your own reorder timing is the best guide.
Not at the moment. We've kept the range to two products. If your bottle breaks or you want one for a second room, the Starter Kit gives you a new bottle plus a full box of tablets. If your bottle has a fault, get in touch.

CrawlSafe has no added fragrance. Many families prefer to avoid strong scents at floor level, where babies and pets spend their time.
No, and we won't claim it is. CrawlSafe is an everyday multi-surface cleaner. If a surface needs disinfecting, such as during illness, use an appropriate disinfectant and follow its label instructions.
This use is the reason CrawlSafe exists, so it sits at the centre of our testing and compliance review. We only put safety claims on the box once they're backed by testing and labelling review. As with any cleaning product, let surfaces dry fully before your baby touches them, and follow the directions on the box.
No. The trigger is a standard household sprayer and is not child-resistant. Store the bottle and the tablet box out of reach of children and pets, as you would any cleaning product. Each tablet stays in its own sealed sachet until you use it.
